We were wandering around the streets of Little Italy, Soho etc when we came across this scene...
It looked like it was a very familiar style..... Banksy!! (we hoped!)
The "infamous" and elusive street artist whose work we love.. no one's ever been able to truly reveal his identity although there is lots of speculation about it..
So we stopped and watched for a bit, took some pics and filmed for a bit too... and got some close ups...
I was on the BBC website about an hour ago and saw that Banksy had a new exhibition in NYC so we knew we were probably right....it was him (well one of the two guys must be him??) ... so I had a quick browse on Banksy's Site and there was the completed image.... (just scroll across the linked page to find it... it's the "Let them eat crack" one)
I can't believe we actually might have seen him actually at work!!! YAY!

It's Andrew just thought I pop here to see how you're doing. Wow, this is one trip of a life-time.
Good spotting with the Banksy piece, I think the one on the left with big beard and glasses is the man himself. I've been following his work before his work cost £1mil each!
Man if only you had a bigger luggage to carry that side of the wall you'll be minted, ha!
